2. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Plans: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for personalized vCards or templates cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
  • NFC Card Purchases: Physical NFC cards can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.



3. Refund Policy


Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only granted in cases of technical defects or non-delivery.
  • Subscription Fees: Refunds for subscriptions are not provided once a billing cycle has started.
  • Physical Products: Refunds for NFC cards are available if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.



4. Refund Process


To request a refund, users must:

  1. Contact support@qcard.site within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  3. Allow up to 10 business days for processing.



5. Exceptions


Refunds and cancellations will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect information provided by the user.
  • Failure to use the service within the subscription period.
